What to Read in the Bible on Christmas
A wonderful tradition to establish in your family is to read the Christmas story together sometime on Christmas Eve or Christmas day, perhaps before opening presents. It is a reminder of what Christmas is all about, and puts everyone in the right frame of mind for the rest of the holiday.
So what should you read? Here are some suggestions. You probably will not want to read all of these in one sitting, so I suggest you just choose one.

- Matthew 1:18-25 -- The Nativity of Christ
- Matthew 2:1-18 -- The Wise Men and King Herod

By the way, if you don't have a good Bible, I recommend the Bible app called Bible Gateway. It is free, and offers every English Bible translation you can imagine. Plus, you can create an account and it will save your highlights and personal notations. It will also read the Bible aloud to you if you prefer to listen to Scripture.
